Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing times according to each item.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Stocks are subject to change at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.

You can only return an item if it is unused and still in the same state as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
